We are looking to hire a Process Development Manager to drive the development and execution of the product management process within the Customer Office at GSUSA. The Customer Office is a department that supports the development and strategies for the Councils + the Parent + the Volunteer + the Girl. This role will be responsible for building the necessary structure, processes and ways of work for the approach to be effectively sustained for this department. This leader will work with other business units in the organization (IT, Marketing, Merchandise, etc.) and local Girl Scout councils to ensure that all resources and contingencies are considered when planning and adopting projects. As the PMP approach is adopted more widely, this individual will ensure we achieve healthy scaling and adoption of effective business practices throughout our network of 112 councils.
