GSUSA is currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Salesforce Support Analyst.
The Senior Salesforce Support Analyst will maintain the Salesforce application to ensure continued delivery of solutions to meet business needs of GSUSA and councils. This position is responsible for the overall setup, configuration, and operation of our Salesforce instances and continued operations.
This individual will independently perform testing, implementation, documentation, and updating tasks relating to the Salesforce system and integrated applications. Additionally, the Salesforce Support Senior Analyst will develop and maintain the Business Requirements and Specifications and will create necessary technical and business documentation as part of the SDLC. They will be involved with design of user interfaces, and creation of test plans.
