About Us

GSUSA is currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Salesforce Support Analyst.

The Senior Salesforce Support Analyst will maintain the Salesforce application to ensure continued delivery of solutions to meet business needs of GSUSA and councils. This position is responsible for the overall setup, configuration, and operation of our Salesforce instances and continued operations.

 

This individual will independently perform testing, implementation, documentation, and updating tasks relating to the Salesforce system and integrated applications. Additionally, the Salesforce Support Senior Analyst will develop and maintain the Business Requirements and Specifications and will create necessary technical and business documentation as part of the SDLC. They will be involved with design of user interfaces, and creation of test plans.

You Will

  • Be responsible for day to day administration of Salesforce platform and integrated applications.
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes.
  • Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
  • Design and build Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability.
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting.
  • Support platform integrations with other third party solutions.
  • Prepare documentation for end-users, developers, and management.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) testing of developed features.
  • Provide technical direction to development staff and vendors.
  • Research and recommend best practices for Salesforce and related applications. Keep abreast with new Salesforce.com features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.

You Need

 

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5-10 years working in IT related field, 3-5 as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Admin.
  • The ability to interact with senior members of management, including C-level executives.
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong work ethic.
  • Experience with preparing and presenting clear business and technical analysis.
  • Experience working with business users to elicit and document requirements for new functionality.
  • Experience working with technical teams to judge feasibility of solutions.
  • To be able to prepare documentation for end-users, developers, and management.
  • To perform quality assurance (QA) testing of developed features.
  • To provide technical direction to development staff and vendors.
