There are multiple job openings within our growing Project Management Office (PMO) at Girl Scouts of the USA. The PM Office at GSUSA is responsible for managing the portfolio of programs and projects to deliver successful business outcomes aligned to the enterprise strategic goals and objectives. The Program Managers will ensure that complex schedules, resources, and scopes are managed across multiple projects and performance goals are met for their respective program. The Senior Program Manager will lead the re-architecture of the enterprise CRM solution, which has run into performance constraints that prevent required scaling and expansion of capabilities. This is a large, foundational project that is a critical first step in advance of a major enterprise digitization initiative. The core platform is SFDC Sales Cloud, with a variety of additional applications integrated to provide functions such as e-commerce, volunteer management, activities and event management, etc.
