The Girl Scout Retail Experience Administrator for the Flagship retail store in New York City is expected to be extremely knowledgeable about Girl Scout program and mission for all age levels in order to provide excellent customer care to girls, leaders and visitors to the brand new Girl Scout store.
This person is an ambassador of the Girl Scout movement and is required to be knowledgeable about all facets of Girl Scouts and the program. This role will be the store liaison between volunteers/customers and our teams at GSUSA including Girl Experience, Information and Referral, Membership, Marketing and Girl Scout Merchandise. The role will also be involved in event planning and execution that will attract customers/members to the space and for return visits.
