About Us

We’re seeking to hire 2 Business Analysts to support our Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) in developing and documenting user-defined business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications, providing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support by creating and running use case test scripts, and ensuring that they are consistent with GSUSA standards by partnering and collaborating with IT and other GSUSA work streams.



This position is responsible for:

  • Documenting and creating current and future state business process flows, gap analysis, and providing transitional support between product/project phases.

The Business Analysts will serve as a liaison between the business departments, IT, as well as external vendors providing IT related services. This position will assist Program Managers with schedule planning, resource tracking, problem-solving, and risk mitigation. Additionally, the ability to provide data analysis, computing KPIs, calculating ROI, and general administrative work is highly desired.


  • Some of the immediate projects will be directly related to Social Media Analytics and eCommerce. Experience in this kind of work is strongly preferred.

You Will

  • Define, capture, and analyze product business functional and technical requirements, translating into user stories, detailed functional specifications, user interface specifications, and general system requirements
  • Lead/participate in proof of concept demonstrations to gain early feedback and inform strategy to ensure smooth adoption
  • Assist with monitoring project backlog and planning for future phases
  • Capture requirements for ad hoc data requests from key stakeholders
  • Identify gaps in data requirements between as-is and to end state.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of business UAT test scripts
  • Support product feature testing preparation and execution
  • Understand the framework, components, and development stack of the client online portals and applications
  • Develop the knowledge and expertise to perform impact analysis of app development and implementation on GSUSA technology infrastructure
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of reporting and analytics

You Need

  • 3 - 5 years Business Analyst experience in an Agile and Waterfall project environment, writing user stories and functional and technical requirements, documenting business processes, and conducting a gap analyses
  • 3+ years’ experience defining and documenting requirements and user stories
  • 3+ years’ experience documenting current/future state process documentation and gap analyses
  • 3+ years’ experience writing and executing test cases
  • High proficiency with MS Office apps, including Visio, OneNote, and Project
  • Excellent understanding and quick learner of technology, including social media, digital marketing and advertisement, supply chain, and eCommerce
  • Ability to synthesize information and make recommendations on various paths forward
  • Experience with Agile Methodology and working in a Scrum team
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other GSUSA team members
  • Able to tolerate ambiguity while implementing change
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with limited oversight
  • Ability to work cross functionally among many different levels of staff and key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
