GSUSA is seeking a nonprofit leader with expertise in seamless fundraising operations to advance the mission of the organization through increased investments in girls and Girl Scouts. S/he assures excellence in operational and financial planning and performance; facilitates cross-team strategy integration, inspires staff alignment in the mission and culture across the Fund Development community.
The Director, Fundraising Operations will work on reducing the department’s operating costs and improving efficiency. S/he manages and implements centralized fundraising functions, including operations, finances and budgets, gift processing and acknowledgements, administrative services, data systems, and prospect research for Girl Scouts of the USA.
In partnership with IT and the Chief Fund Development Officer, the ideal candidate will oversee the transition of the donor database from Raiser’s Edge to Salesforce. This individual will work closely with the CFDO and oversee all financial management and reporting including annual budget preparation and development for all fundraising channels. This individual will collaborate with the finance team and with oversight from CFDO, prepare fundraising, analytical, and financial data and reports for all development initiatives.
* This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
