About Us

Reporting to the VP, Individual Giving, the Director of Lifetime Membership will develop and execute a national strategy to significantly increase Lifetime Membership at GSUSA. She/he will leverage existing and new data & research for decision making on strategy and execution.  

You Will

  • Engage and cultivate a portfolio of potential donors
  • Develop and execute a national strategy to significantly increase Lifetime Membership
  • Leverage existing and new data & research for decision making on strategy and execution
  • Work in close partnership with Alumni Network team to engage and cultivate a portfolio of potential donors
  • Develop an on-going engagement strategy for current Lifetime Members and in partnership with appropriate internal teams, execute that strategy
  • Oversee the processing of Lifetime Membership
  • Work in concert with local councils so they may engage Lifetime Members as local champions and volunteers

You Need

  • Demonstrate a commitment to the Girl Scouts mission 
  • 5+ years’ philanthropy experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation skills
