    The National Meeting Specialist is responsible for following direction to contribute to experience implementation, management, and measurement while ensuring quality and cost effective use of resources including travel, housing, venues, meeting spaces and other logistics for national in-person events and experiences.  The National Meeting Specialist will also provide key customer support to inquiries from council and GSUSA staff.

    You Will

    • Display a basic understanding of customer service concepts and exercises tact and an appropriate sense of urgency when dealing with colleagues at GSUSA.
    • Foster innovation by seeing opportunities, not just issues or problems. Focuses on continuous learning and development.
    • Support more senior team members in managing and supporting experiences that have been deployed in the customer communities. This may involve providing materials, collecting feedback, and making recommendations to improve the experience(s).
    • Serve as the key contact and resource manager for one or more experiences that have been implemented. Develop and provide materials to support the experience, promotes the experience with customer communities, advises customers on the experience, collects feedback on the quality of the experience, and continuously improves the experience.
    • Communicate with external consultants and vendors to support experience management efforts.

    You Need

    • BA/BS degree in relevant field and/or 0-4+ years of relevant experience.
    • Creativity in guiding ideas through the implementation, management, and measurement process. Contribute to the refinement of potential experiences/products/programs to increase their success while staying within the GSUSA’s brand.
    • To recognize how digital/technology trends could impact design at GSUSA.
