    We are hiring for a Process and Tools Analyst. This position reports to the Senior Director, Process Improvement and Change Management and is part of the Enterprise Integration and Enterprise PMO team. This role will elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of the team by maximizing utilization of project management applications and helping to streamline processes. 20% of time will be focused on refining and maintaining the teams’ SharePoint sites, pages and related tools, 30% of time will be on portfolio management analysis and reporting and 50% of time will be on ad hoc project assistance which might include documenting business requirements, charting and improving process flows and creating and maintaining integrated roadmaps, among other responsibilities to assist in achieving priority initiatives performance goals.     You Will

    • Collaborate with GSUSA SharePoint and Office 365 team, subject matter experts and other key stakeholders in establishing, supporting, and maintaining Enterprise Project Management Office tools, processes, and procedures. SharePoint experience is required.
    • Identify and elevate Enterprise PMO process improvement opportunities
    • Support quality control measures
    • Performs analysis required to prepare performance, business and custom reporting
    • Implement productivity solutions end-to-end for the PM
    • Maintain positive relationships with all colleagues and assists them with issues or concerns and displays effective follow through.
    • Display strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
    • Demonstrate unwavering patience necessary to embrace ambiguity, manage change, and support end users in becoming more comfortable with technology solutions
    • Monitor feedback, ensuring the tools and processes are achieving the desired results and highlights opportunities to improve existing business challenges
    • Support Senior Program Managers, Business Leads and other internal customers  as directed

    You Need


    • 3+ years in a business or IT project-based environment, including project coordination experience.
    • Experience in creating, developing, customizing and administering within a recent SharePoint environment (2016 preferred) and related Office 365 tools.
    • Ability to create and customize dashboard pages and reports.
    • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite Visio, and MS Project or similar project management tools.
    • Experience with training users on lists, libraries, pages, publishing, importing, exporting, navigation, and other SharePoint features, as well as other productivity tools.
    • Experience in effectively coordinating, gathering, and prioritizing business requirements through ongoing collaboration.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a patient, flexible, innovative way.
    • Experience in successfully managing change and supporting end users to become more comfortable with technology.
    • Excellent writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Flexible, adaptable and highly collaborative, especially across a federated organizational structure where influence is necessary.
    • Strong relationship-building skills that will foster collaboration and the establishment of trusted working relationships with customers and all stakeholders.
    • Proven tolerance for ambiguity and changing timelines.
