We are hiring for a Process and Tools Analyst. This position reports to the Senior Director, Process Improvement and Change Management and is part of the Enterprise Integration and Enterprise PMO team. This role will elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of the team by maximizing utilization of project management applications and helping to streamline processes. 20% of time will be focused on refining and maintaining the teams’ SharePoint sites, pages and related tools, 30% of time will be on portfolio management analysis and reporting and 50% of time will be on ad hoc project assistance which might include documenting business requirements, charting and improving process flows and creating and maintaining integrated roadmaps, among other responsibilities to assist in achieving priority initiatives performance goals.
