Girl Scouts is seeking a Vice President of Digital Marketing as a critical member of the Marketing organization.
The role will report to the Deputy Chief Marketing Officer and will lead a team of 5 direct reports managing the following teams: social media, email marketing, web marketing (girlscouts.org and platforms to manage 110 council sites), digital analytics and site performance, and content marketing/copy team. We are seeking an individual with strong leadership qualities to drive engagement across channels, to grow Girl Scouts membership and ensure a relevant and powerful customer experience to ultimately drive brand value.
Our ideal candidate has a background in technology and marketing leadership, with a mix of brand and digital expertise with the ability to effect change in a mature organization. We require knowledge around digital experience, content development and management, email marketing, data analytics and social media to align business strategy with brand strategy, marketing, technology, and data usage.
Bachelor’s degree or masters in marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
