    The Product Manager is responsible for the delivery of the day to day support of small to medium scale websites/applications projects or enhancements to deliver on the business objectives.

     

    The position requires driving the definition and execution of product plans from vision, requirements, and initial design through market launch and rollout to production. The position defines and prioritizes the product requirements using agile methodologies, works with the development teams on product creation and continuously confirms that the planned end result will meet specified requirements on time and budget. Under guidance from the Vice President, this individual will help manage partner expectations, scope and budget discussions, and project communications by creating specific reports, documents, and presentations that clarify where the team is going and why.

     

    You Will

    • Create and implement product vision, direction, and business plans, including product plans, user stories, product migration and evolution, and product life cycle and retirement for small scale projects or small enhancements.
    • Develop conceptual and evolutionary product plans that meet measurable benchmarks of customer satisfaction and will exceed customer expectations for flexible and exciting functionality and user interface.
    • Develop business rules and requirements specifications for assigned product features to include effective product and user interface design, rapid prototyping, product validation testing, and usability testing.
    • Develop and deliver materials to the appropriate to mobile and web product.
    • Monitor the release process and placement of projects or enhancements in a release by communicating an integration plan to the sustainment teams, as needed.
    • Work with team to develop and update training programs and materials to assist in guest communications of new product features and updates.
    • Passion for cultivating partner relationships - with a keen ability to manage expectations that lead to successful contributions to the site, without compromising brand partnerships, site quality, or guest expectations.

    You Need

    • Proficient skills in MS Office, Adobe Suite, Sketch and Invision.
    • 1-3 years of experience leading product management function or project management functions, preferably in an online, digital product, web development, capacity.
    • Prior experience working on a functional group: Creative, Technology, Business or Production.
    • Knowledge of product development and evaluation processes.
    • Experience taking new products to market within a small to large organization.
    • Professional Presentation and Communication skills.
