    Girl Scouts is seeking a full-time Director of Lifetime Membership Partnerships to recruit corporate partners who will invest in Girl Scouts via purchase of Lifetime Memberships. This newly created role will seek to understand how Girl Scouts can support leaders in corporations and then develop a robust program that meets the needs of corporate talent. This is an exciting opportunity to launch a corporate program with the goal to dramatically grow GSUSA Lifetime Memberships for the first time ever. This role oversees and manages the entire process from start to finish from pursuing exploratory conversations for research purposes, to building out our program deliverables, and overseeing promotion and sales of the new program. This role requires excellent communication skills to ascertain the needs of corporations and then convey Girl Scouts’ program value proposition. 

    You Will

    • Build relationships with potential corporate partners and research their needs related to supporting talent. 
    • Craft a compelling value proposition for corporations to invest in bulk lifetime memberships for their top employee. 
    • Outreach to potential partnership organizations and ongoing communications to scope, define and secure
    • Work with cross-functional teams as needed to implement programs that fulfills value proposition. 
    • Manage relationships with secured corporate partners. 
    • Work with Business Analyst to develop method for tracking ROI on corporate recruitment and program
    • Ensure corporate programs launch on time and on budget. 

    You Need

    • 5+ years of relevant working experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Extensive experience structuring and securing corporate partnerships
    • A strong understanding of membership value proposition
    • Exceptional project management skills
    • Creative ability to envision potential partnerships
    • Discipline and experience to work through complex partnerships
    • Negotiation skills/experience
    • Experience drafting partner contracts
    • Proven ability to reach and communicate with senior executives of large corporate partner organizations
    • Ability to work with other GSUSA team members
    • Ability to liaise with other GSUSA departments for contract approvals, including Legal
    • Demonstrated problem-solving leadership with limited oversight
    • Hard-working and ready and willing to pitch in to help wherever needed
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong storytelling skills and demonstrated brand ambassador experience
