The Facilities General Manager is accountable for the day to day operational management of GSUSA nationally-owned properties to ensure the highest standard of quality.
Properties within the portfolio include GSUSA's 168,000 square foot headquarters condominium (NYC), the 46 room Edith Macy Center (Westchester, NY), the nearly 200-year old Juliette Gordon Low Historic Birthplace (Savannah, GA), the Girl Scout Merchandise Distribution Center (NJ), and leased properties (Washington DC) to ensure that the value and use of all properties are maximized for the benefit of the organization. She/He is accountable for the physical plant and facility operations to provide for the needs of the organization and its staff in the accomplishment of organizational goals.
Requires up to 50% travel involving day trips, overnight travel and weekend work schedules.
