    Based in the NYC headquarters and reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisitionthe Talent Acquisition Manager acts as a brand ambassador for the Girl Scouts of the USA.  They are focused on identifying and attracting all levels of candidates using a variety of sourcing technologies, methodologies and strategies for this iconic, global nonprofit organization.  They will manage the full recruitment and work closely with hiring managers throughout the process.   

    You Will


    • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with candidates and key stakeholders across the organization 
    • Understand and translate hiring managers’ needs to execute sourcing strategies to deliver qualified and diverse candidate pools 
    • Ability to work on a high volume of open positions in a fast-moving environment 
    • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology to identify talent and build extensive networks for current and future consideration 
    • Use data and talent market insights to influence decision makers 
    • Attract qualified talent, negotiate offers and close candidates

    You Need


    • Strong business acumen and talent acquisition technical abilities  
    • Self- driven, detail oriented and open to working on any job requisition 
    • Excellent communication skills, including listening, probing with effective questions, influencing and selling 
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and gathering/sharing data 
    • Must be able to allocate time effectively across multiple priorities/requisitions 
    • Must have excellent follow through and communication with internal stakeholders and candidates regarding status and action items 
    • Must demonstrate teamwork and cooperation, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
