Based in the NYC headquarters and reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager acts as a brand ambassador for the Girl Scouts of the USA. They are focused on identifying and attracting all levels of candidates using a variety of sourcing technologies, methodologies and strategies for this iconic, global nonprofit organization. They will manage the full recruitment and work closely with hiring managers throughout the process.
