The Strategy & Planning team oversees and operationalizes movement-wide strategic planning, leveraging research, data and analytics to make informed decisions. The team is data-driven and provides a sense of analytic rigor around establishing and measuring KPIs, evaluating performance of initiatives, and managing enterprise risk. Functions within the team include: Strategic Planning, Enterprise Risk Management, Research, Analytics, & Enterprise Data Management.

Essential Responsibilities
The Strategy & Planning team oversees and operationalizes movement-wide strategic planning, leveraging research, data and analytics to make informed decisions. The team is data-driven and provides a sense of analytic rigor around establishing and measuring KPIs, evaluating performance of initiatives, and managing enterprise risk. Functions within the team include: Strategic Planning, Enterprise Risk Management, Research, Analytics, & Enterprise Data Management.
Strategic Planning: Support the development and execution of GSUSA’s annual strategic plan, as well as development and execution of the Movement’s 3-year strategy. This includes:
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and industry trends to anticipate changes and proactively adjust GSUSA’s strategy. Identify competitive threats and opportunities for differentiation.
Strategic Initiatives: Support cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, such as new delivery models, product launches, and market expansions. This includes:
Performance Metrics: Support definition and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Monitor performance against targets and recommend adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Innovation: Facilitate strategic planning workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation within the organization. Drive the ideation, development, and prioritization of new initiatives, products, and services. Manage pipeline of new opportunities to test, measure and implement.

You Need
Position Type: This is a full-time, hybrid position with 2 days on site. GSUSA is based in New York City.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $117,000
This represents the present low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
