This is a 2 days in office and hybrid position located in New York City.
The Council Partnership Office, reporting to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), drives movement wide sustainable growth and health through implementation of strategic priorities in an aligned network. The team builds strong relationships and creates empowering ways of working between and among GSUSA and council leadership to ensure movement wide collaboration, trust and success. The team ensures GSUSA is offering excellent communications and customer service to councils
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Council Partnership Operations, collaborates with GSUSA communities and councils to inform and execute strategy, resulting in long term sustainable health and growth for councils and the movement. They collaborate with other team members who build strong relationships, foster innovation and collaboration, and use data driven insights to drive organizational success. They provide excellent customer service, communications and learning resources that ensure the council leadership and staff can access the right information, when and how they need it.
The Manager, Council Partnership Operations, is accountable for leading effective in person and virtual meetings, calls and learning opportunities for our council leaders. They will understand the interests and needs of councils, and ensure GSUSA is providing timely, meaningful and impactful communications and learning opportunities to help councils achieve success.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Primary duties of the position

Execute in person national meetings of council leaders including Board Chair/CEO meeting and C’Suite Leadership Summit. Collaborate with executive team and Council Partnership team members on agenda development, participant experience, and session designs, and work closely with Events team on carrying out the logistics of meeting to achieve meeting objectives. Success measured by # participants and quality of experience. |
Execute in person learning opportunities for council leaders including C’Suite bootcamp and Board Chair training. Collaborate with CP team on agenda development, participant experience and session designs. Manage all logistics of meeting including preparation, on site offerings and follow up with participants. Success measured by # participants and quality of experience. |
Execute monthly virtual calls for council leadership including CEO Let’s Talk and Council Executive team monthly calls. Collaborate with Council Partnership team and GSUSA business leads on agenda development. Manage all logistics of calls including building of slides, managing speakers’ participation, and follow up communications to participants. Ensuring appropriate alignment and sequencing information sharing with other business leads communications to council staff. Success measured by # participants and quality of experience. |
Organize and coordinate communications calendar with multiple GSUSA teams and stakeholders |
Work closely with Analyst, Council Partnership Team to keep stakeholder information updated and accurate, and ensure there is integration of projects and deliverables with other communication tools and channels |

SALARY RANGE: $60,900 - $90,000
This represents the present low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.

Paid Time Off:
