COMMUNITY DESCRIPTION
The Revenue Office/Girl Scout Merchandise leads merchandising, licensing, product sales, and other revenue streams, which in turn fund both Girl Scouts of the USA programming and administration and local council revenue. The teams at this division include e-commerce, operations, retail, licensing, and the famous Girl Scout Cookie Program and work closely with all the other communities to bring products to market for our Girl Scouts and the general public.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Inbound Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the Inbound/Receiving department at the Randolph, New Jersey Distribution Center.
This role ensures the proper unloading, verification, inspection, and check-in of all inbound deliveries using the WMS and NetSuite ERP systems. The Inbound Lead verifies that all inbound and outbound paperwork is accurate and that all products are properly accounted for. They interpret inventory values within the systems, address discrepancies, and ensure that the receiving area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and other safety standards.
The Inbound Lead is also responsible for appropriately deploying staff to maintain consistent and efficient processes that support the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and retrieval of finished goods inventory, as well as daily cycle counting. They ensure all team members are adequately trained and, where appropriate, cross-trained to maximize productivity.
The Inbound Lead supports overall workforce management by helping to develop schedules, assign tasks, and uphold a safe and efficient operation. They are expected to lead by example, using clear communication and motivational techniques while providing input and recommendations to management.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES |
Staff supports others and/or executing standardized processes (including all non-exempt staff). |
· Excellent verbal communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. · Bilingual in English and Spanish. · Strong ability to identify priorities, manage schedules, and reassign distribution center staff to meet deadlines. · Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion. · Proficient in WMS, NetSuite, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. · Demonstrated experience in highly collaborative environments, both as a project leader and team member. · Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. · Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. · Solid understanding of distribution center operations and familiarity with warehouse management systems and computerized scanning equipment. · Physically capable of lifting cartons weighing 20 to 50 pounds and standing on concrete floors for up to 8 hours per day.

SALARY RANGE: $65,000-$75,000
This is a nonexempt position and this is the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
